A skateboard is usually carried with your bare hands. But sometimes when you travel in buses and trains, or to other cities in flights you might want a better option so that your hands stay free. This blog post will guide you through how to travel with your skateboard with ease.
Your skateboard is not going to fit into most bags. And if it does, it’s going to occupy a lot of space. A good option is to dismantle your trucks and carry them seperately. This way your deck slides in anywhere easily. If you’re worried that someone may feel enticed to steal your deck, you could either tape it or tie it to your bag using a shoelace through the bolt holes of the deck. Chances of only the deck getting stolen are very low compared to a full complete. There’s no problem checking in decks or skateboards for air travel either. Skateboards usually get marked as fragile and come out last on arrival.
If you want to avoid all the hassle, just get a skatebag from us that’s specially designed to carry your skateboard. We have a light, foldable option as well as a more robust one with additional pockets to keep more of your stuff in. Both these bags have the capacity to accommodate more than just your skateboard. There’s enough space to keep your skateboard, an extra deck, extra wheels, your shoes, an extra tee and some munchies too. They’re great to carry if you have a long commute to skatepark or if you’re travelling by train or plane with your board. The bags are waterproof (except the ziplines) and are perfect if you’re planning a skate trip.
Tip - Always keep a set of cruiser wheels handy while on skate trips. It’s much easier to skate and travel on indian roads with them :)

Everything is amazing and reasonable but can bring more colourful decks. That’s true people stare like we are mad when we do tricks on streets
