This was the Season 3 of God's Own Skate Festival, which is an annual skate event happening in Kerela. This festival is hosted by the Kerela Skate crew - Flysquad. To know more about the Flysquad skate story click here.
This season Piso team got an opprtunity to visit Kerela and experience this festival for the first time. We have to admit the vibe and the energy was Superrr! It was great to see skaters from all age group coming together and enjoying the skate culture like a family. It was tough to tell who is a kid and who is a grown up skater from the crowd. Everything was one unit, everybody were playful around everything. This is the first event we experienced which even after starting late due to rains, ended on time! We all know, especially the organizers how hard it is to stick to schedule when it comes to hosting a SKATEBOARDINGGG competition haha. Flysquad Crew nailied it!

The event started with the Kids Super park contest. Kids were too good in terms of their consistency and flow.

The next event, everyone's favorite was the GAME OF SKATE.
Amal from Kerela won the GOS.

Best Rail trick contest - Muhsin (Kickflip+Boardslide)

Welcome back everybody to our annual highlights blog of the yearly event Skatelifegoa Open. This years SLG Open took place on 5th of April 2025, which was a bright sunny Saturday! It was hosted at the Youth Hostel Skatepark, Miramar, Goa. The event started with skate lessons at around 4.45pm, which was open to all age groups. The Best tricks contests started at 5.30pm.
