This safety gear comes in a set. Each set contains 3 pads: one for wrist, one for elbow and one for the knee. These can be worn in two ways, one by wearing it through the pad or by just using the strap and tightening at their respective location. We have given sizing reference with respect to the circumference of your elbows or the knees in cm. We offer free shipping on all our products, no min requirement :)
Selecting size - For example lets say your elbow circumference measures 33cm and knee circumference measures 23cm, than as per size guide you should go for the size M. If in case elbow & knee sizes fall in different category, give more priority to the knee circumference over the elbow if confused between 2 sizes :).

1 Pair of elbow guards.
1 Pair of Knee guiards.
